Two Phase Program Model: Intensive, Individualized, Long-term
Future Link’s comprehensive program model makes a multi-year commitment to each participant. Each student is viewed holistically and individually to improve their academic success and employment outcomes. Throughout their journey, students gain essential personal and professional skills. The Future Link Difference
“After completing the seminar, I feel prepared for the future. Specifically, I now know how to ask for help (and get results), feel confident (my public speaking skills have grown from 0 – 10), have a very cool and big network (students and professionals) and manage my time. I’m about to start working with a mentor and am looking into summer internships thanks to Future Link. I know I can count on Future Link to help me transition from school to my career.” –Ed-Love A., Business Administration Major

“I can always count on my mentor Jim to be there when I need help or advice. I learn from his work and personal experiences through the stories he shares with me. I always learn something new when I meet with him which I can apply not only to my studies but other aspects of my life as well.” —Sandy C., Biomedical Engineering Major
